Ziegler Healthcare Real Estate Funds invests in the ownership and development of a variety of healthcare-related real estate, including:

• Medical Office Buildings
• Diagnostic Systems
• Ambulatory Surgery Centers

• Outpatient Clinics
• Specialty Hospitals

The ZHREF investment strategy is to create a portfolio of existing, stabilized medical properties and to-be-developed facilities by:

• Investing in medical related real estate whose tenants are integral to the delivery of healthcare in its respective market
• Identifying medical buildings that are either on, or near, market dominant hospitals or in established areas of concentrated outpatient care
• Co-investing with physician-tenants as minority owners with the Fund, when possible
