Ziegler Healthcare Funds (“ZHF”) I-III are a series of senior mortgage, mezzanine debt and equity investments made in healthcare companies throughout the United States.  The funds were created to address the various capital needs related to for-profit assisted living and  nursing care operations.

Ziegler engaged a group of specialists with extensive contacts and experience in for-profit senior living finance to manage these funds and source transactions.  In 2007, the team formed Contemporary Healthcare Capital, LLC to continue providing creative financial solutions.
