Ziegler is pleased to announce the pricing of The United Methodist Retirement Homes $67,180,000 Series 2024A and 2024B Bonds. With three communities located in NC, UMRH plans to use bond proceeds to finance a 57-unit expansion project at its Cypress Glen Retirement Community.
