    Preliminary Information Requirements
    For a typical refinancing/acquisition transaction, please provide the following for a preliminary loan analysis (as applicable):

    • Last 3-years of detailed operating statements including occupancy data
    • Budget for upcoming 12-months (note any large variances from historical)
    • Last 3-months of rent rolls/occupancy/payor mix
    • Property description detailing unit mix and physical characteristics
    • Detail on existing debt
    • Description of any pending improvements, expansions, or repairs
