Il You joined the healthcare team at Ziegler in 2006. As a senior vice president, his primary responsibilities include transaction executions and providing analytical support to senior bankers. Il has participated in a broad range of capital markets, strategic, and financial advisory transactions and has completed more than $3 billion in public and private debt transactions since he joined the firm.Prior to joining Ziegler, Il worked for more than six years in the health care industry, both in provider and consulting settings. Most recently, Il was a consultant with Deloitte Consulting, in its healthcare practice, where he led project teams on various strategic and operational consulting engagements. In addition, Il worked in biomedical research institutions for more than four years, publishing several research articles in medical and basic sciences periodicals.
Il received B.S. from the University of Michigan in economics and biology, and a M.H.S.A. from the University of Michigan, School of Public Health. He also completed joint administrative fellowship at the Ohio State University Medical Center/Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
