Amy Braemer joined the religion and education team at Ziegler in 2000. As a blue-sky specialist, Amy’s responsibilities include completing state blue-sky securities registration filings, providing information to investment bankers on the status of these filings, and working with investment bankers to resolve any concerns of state securities examiners. She then provides the wealth management team with status updates on the states in which Ziegler is allowed to offer and sell bonds. In 2010, Amy took on additional responsibilities assisting with performing financial analysis and compiling information for the credit evaluation of prospective transactions.
Amy earned a B.B.A. with an emphasis in finance from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
