Dave Schlosser joined the religion and education team at Ziegler in 1987. As a managing director, he is responsible for the underwriting and structuring of many of the firm’s taxable church bond issues. He has originated loans for churches of all denominations nationwide. Since joining Ziegler, he has underwritten more than 165 individual church issues totaling in excess of $650 million.
Dave holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin. He is a registered representative of Ziegler and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and has spoken at various national conventions on the merits of bond financings for churches and schools.
