At Ziegler, our Sales & Trading group sells various bonds to financial advisors and supplies financial products to our Wealth Management team. So in essence, Sales & Trading is a liaison of sorts between Capital Markets and Retail/Wealth Management and our Institutional investors.

That gives you the best of both worlds, allowing us to distribute your bonds through retail and institutional channels.

INSTITUTIONAL CAPABILITIES

In this arena, we have a dedicated institutional sales group with extensive experience placing bonds with institutional investors. And, we’ve developed exceptional relationships with all of the larger institutional bond funds, including over 100 mutual fund companies and more than 75 active high-yield institutional bond purchasers -- plus unit investment trusts and insurance companies.

• In terms of trading preferred stock, Ziegler offers you:
• Syndicate for new issue preferreds and allocation to retail
• Access to products not readily available from other underwriters
• High standard of underwriting, research and crafting of product
