At Ziegler, our branch managers are responsible for direct supervision of sales and administrative personnel in assigned branch office. In addition, as producing managers they deliver professional investment services and products to company’s clients in order to assist them in achieving their financial goals.
Compliance Supervision
Our supervision responsibility is serious business, and branch managers are on the front line, responsible for ensuring individual financial advisors' (FAs) adherence to the laws and regulatory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
Recruiting
Tired of consolidation and cutbacks? Ziegler is a strong firm with an aggressive growth plan. We are looking for branch managers in both existing and new locations who have the ability to recruit and help us grow. Managers will source financial advisor candidates, interview candidates, obtain candidates’ trailing 12 production information, coordinate with human resources to perform necessary background checks and work with human resources and Ziegler Wealth Management to formulate offers. Managers will maintain an ongoing, systematic approach to identifying candidates, introducing candidates to Ziegler and carrying candidates through the recruiting process. In addition, managers are crucial to the successful on-boarding of new financial advisors.
Administration
Managers will train and mentor new FA hires and supervise all sales and administrative personnel in the branch. Our managers develop, recommend and monitor annual plans and budgets for the branch office and assist advisors in establishing sales goals and manage the sales growth of FAs and the office according to goals. Managers require strong communication skills and will enthusiastically support and carryout firm initiatives within the branch.
