Vice President
Dalton Esmond joined Ziegler in 2022 as a Vice President in the Senior Housing & Care Finance Practice. Dalton’s primary responsibilities include transaction structuring, analytical analysis and underwriting support.
Prior to joining Ziegler, Dalton spent six years at BOK Financial and one year in management consulting. While at BOK Financial, he was a relationship manager in the bank’s hospital, health system and senior housing group. He was responsible for managing a sizable commercial credit portfolio, underwriting new transactions and expanding the book of business.
While in management consulting, Dalton designed and created a proprietary commercial loan review system sold to commercial banks.
Dalton received his BSBA in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
