CopperWood Senior Living is part of the transformation of the former Pfizer corporate campus into a mixed-use senior living campus through a combination of adaptive reuse and new construction. The broader redevelopment is planned to include independent living, assisted living and memory care, a Del Webb active adult community, age-restricted affordable housing and a small extended-stay component intended in part to accommodate family members visiting residents on campus.
