This week’s featured article was written by Mary Muñoz, senior managing director and long-time senior living investment banker who retired from Ziegler in 2024. In 2025 Mary founded Foster Connections, a not-for-profit dedicated to finding partners who wish to join forces to create intergenerational housing and/or programming, such as mentorship.
