Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of Lourdes Senior Community’s $32,453,000 Series 2026 financing, consisting of $14,453,000 Series 2026A Refunding Revenue Bonds and $18,000,000 Series 2026B Bank Draw Down Bonds. Located in Waterford, Michigan, Lourdes is situated on a 38-acre lakefront campus consisting of a full continuum of care. The community consists of 55 independent living units at Fox Manor on the Lake, six independent living villas, 60 assisted living units at Joseph T. Mendelson, 20 memory care units at Clausen Manor, and 80 skilled nursing beds at the Lourdes Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, for a total of 221 units and beds. Proceeds of the Series 2026 Bonds will be used to refinance Lourdes’ outstanding Series 2019 Bonds as well as finance the construction of a new 60-unit independent living building.
