Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of Westminster’s (Austin, Texas) $56,850,000 Series 2021 Bonds. Bond proceeds will primarily be used to construct the new Carlisle and Windsor buildings. At 5-stories each, the buildings will add independent and assisted living units as well as memory care units and enhance a number of common and dining areas throughout the campus.
