Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of Holland Home‘s Series 2021 Bonds and pricing of $32,960,000 Series 2022 Bonds. Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Holland Home currently operates 12 facilities on two campuses. Proceeds from the Series 2021 Bonds will be used for capital improvements to Holland Home’s Breton Woods campus. Proceeds from the Series 2022 Bonds will primarily be used to refund existing debt.
