Andrew George joined Ziegler’s healthcare investment banking team in 2022. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital formation engagements for Ziegler’s middle market healthcare client base. Andrew focuses on the post-acute space, specifically home and community based care, managed care and health system related transactions.
Prior to Ziegler, Andrew was a Director at High Ridge Partners, a boutique distressed investment banking and restructuring firm focused on the middle market. During his time at High Ridge, Andrew helped execute distressed M&A transactions and provide strategic advisory services to lower middle market businesses. Prior to High Ridge, Andrew worked in PwC’s Advisory and Assurance groups, providing consulting services to Fortune 500 companies.
Andrew earned a B.A. degree from Miami University (Ohio), where he majored in Accounting and Finance. Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Series 79 securities license.
