Jon Hausman joined the firm in 2022. As Director, Head of Human Resources, Jon provides oversight to our human resources programs and initiatives including: talent management, employee engagement, total rewards, DE&I, and philanthropy. In addition, he sits on the firm’s Operations, Retirement, and Regulatory Committees.
Jon has more than 15 years of experience working in human resources and human capital management. He has extensive experience in compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations, and employee development.
Jon is a graduate of Penn State University where he majored in Journalism and Communications. He is a Senior Certified HR professional (SHRM-SCP) and active in several Chicago HR and finance industry groups.
