Miyun Cho Fellerhoff joined Ziegler in 2014. As a managing director, she is responsible for the management of the firm’s general municipal and structured finance practice.
Prior to joining Ziegler, Miyun was a managing director at Stern Brothers & Company where she developed and maintained client relationships in the general municipal, project finance, healthcare, higher education and not-for-profit sectors, resulting in sole, senior or co managed underwriting assignments. Throughout Miyun’s career, she has held similar high-level positions at GE Capital, Chicago Housing Authority, MB Beitler Company and First Chicago Capital Markets, Inc.
Miyun completed coursework toward a Ph.D. in finance from the University of Indiana School of Public and Environmental Affairs, a M.A. in public administration from The University of Akron, a M.P.A from American University and a B.S./M.D. from Northeast Ohio Universities College of Medicine.
Aaron Gadouas joined Ziegler in 2014. As a managing director, he is responsible for the management of the firm’s general municipal and structured finance practice.
With over 26 years of capital markets and banking experience, Aaron Gadouas has an extensive background in public, corporate and structured finance. Previously, he has held senior positions at Aldine Capital Services, Inc., ABN AMRO Global Capital Markets and Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York and Chicago.
Aaron received an M.B.A. from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, as well as a B.A. from Cornell University.
John Balzano joined Ziegler in 2021 with 10 years of prior experience. His primary responsibilities include providing technical support, performing and overseeing the financial analysis of actual and prospective transactions, researching and analyzing the needs of current and potential clients, performing detailed credit analysis, and assisting in industry research.
John joined Ziegler from Piper Sandler & Co. where he focused on general municipal finance and executed general obligation and various revenue backed bond transactions for municipalities within the Midwest. Prior to Piper, John focused on local government financings in Illinois at Bernardi Securities, Inc., a municipal bond specialty firm. He has broad and diverse expertise related to debt structuring and project finance through the use general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, alternate revenue source bonds, debt certificates, tax increment financing and special service area financing.
John earned his B.S. in public financial management from Indiana University Bloomington. He maintains his SIE, Series 79, 52, 50 and 63 securities licenses.
