On September 17, Ziegler hosted the 2026 Senior Housing & Care Strategy and Innovation Forum at its Chicago headquarters, bringing together leaders from across the field for a day of collaboration, strategic thinking and candid discussion around the forces shaping the industry’s future. Designed to be more “think tank” than traditional conference, the Forum created an intimate setting for operators, investors, capital providers, healthcare leaders and other industry stakeholders to exchange perspectives, challenge conventional thinking and explore emerging opportunities across senior housing and skilled nursing.
