The Portfolio consists of three assisted living and memory care communities in the greater Twin Cities metro area, with one community containing affordable independent living units. The sale closed on July 31, 2026. Eden Senior Care, a for-profit owner and operator of skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities headquartered in Skokie, Illinois, was selected as the Buyer, aligning with the not-for-profit’s objective of identifying an experienced operator with the financial resources and operational expertise to support the continued success of the Portfolio.
