Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of the sale of a three-community senior living portfolio in Minnesota on behalf of a not-for-profit organization. The Portfolio consists of three assisted living and memory care communities in the greater Twin Cities metro area, with one community containing affordable independent living units. The sale closed on August 3, 2026.  Affiliates managed by Vista Senior Living Management, a for-profit owner and operator of skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities headquartered in Skokie, Illinois, was selected as the Buyer for two (2) of the campuses. A third community was sold to River Oaks of Minnesota Housing Services headquartered in Hutchinson, Minnesota aligning with the not-for-profit’s objective of identifying an experienced operator with the financial resources and operational expertise to support the continued success of the Portfolio.
