Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful financing for the expansion of RiverWoods Durham. This project marks a significant continuation of the Durham campus’s growth trajectory following its initial development in 2018. RiverWoods Durham, a member of The RiverWoods Group, will add new residential units on its existing campus in Durham, New Hampshire. The $65 million financing will primarily fund project costs for a 55-unit expansion, two hybrid homes, a new community center, covered garage parking, and renovations to existing amenity spaces.
