Ziegler is pleased to announce the successful closing of an $86,995,000 Series 2026 Bonds for Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida, Inc. Located on a 60-acre campus in Fort Myers, the community consists of 574 units (422 independent living units, 44 assisted living units, 44 memory support units, and 64 skilled nursing units). Bond proceeds will primarily be used to fund a variety of routine capital expenditures as well as refinance outstanding bank debt, eliminating bank renewal risk. The Series 2026 Bonds are rated ‘BB+’ by Fitch.
