Adam Vanucci joined Ziegler’s senior living team in 2016. His primary responsibilities include providing technical support to the investment banking team, performing high-level financial analysis of current and prospective clients, performing detailed credit analysis, and providing industry research and analysis to address the needs of senior living organizations.
He has provided transactional support on financings that have utilized tax-exempt and taxable debt, Ziegler’s TEMPSSM products, private bank placements, and lines of credit. In total, he has been involved in over $3 billion worth of financings for Ziegler since 2016.
Prior to joining Ziegler, he interned with Standard & Poor’s in New York City and Stifel Financial Corp in Chicago.
Adam received a BSBA in finance from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. He holds Series 79 and 52 securities licenses.
