Chris Cason joined the Healthcare Investment Banking team at Ziegler in 2019. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital formation engagements for clients in the healthcare services and healthcare information technology sectors.
Prior to his tenure at Ziegler, Chris worked at LFM Capital, a middle-market private equity fund where his responsibilities included evaluating new investment opportunities and working with existing portfolio companies.
Chris began his career in investment banking, working as an associate and analyst for Houlihan Lokey, Dowling Hales, and Hussar & Co. in New York, NY. In these roles, Chris advised on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital raises for middle-market companies.
Chris holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a B.A. from Bates College.
