DAVID XIE

David Xie joined Ziegler in 2022. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital formation engagements for clients in the healthcare services and healthcare information technology sectors.

Prior to joining Ziegler, David worked for Duff & Phelps in their Alternative Asset Advisory group, where he helped provide valuation services for a variety of asset classes, including private equity, private debt, and structured credit. Before Duff & Phelps, David began his career as an Analyst at Carta, a San Francisco-based FinTech company, in their Valuations group.

David holds a BSBA in finance and MSF from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
