Dominic Bettis joined Ziegler’s Senior Living Investment Banking team in June 2026 as an Analyst. He focuses on supporting capital markets transactions and financing initiatives for not-for-profit senior living providers throughout the West Coast.

At Ziegler, Dominic is involved in evaluating financing alternatives, conducting financial and credit analyses, and assisting with the development of capital solutions for senior living organizations. His work encompasses new campus developments, expansion projects, and existing community financings, with an emphasis on supporting clients’ long-term financial and strategic goals.

Before joining Ziegler, Dominic held various roles across the real estate investment industry, gaining exposure to investment analysis, underwriting, and asset management across multiple sectors. His most recent experience centered on healthcare investments, providing a foundation in the financial and operational dynamics of the sector.

Dominic earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management in 2026. He has also passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination.
