Senior Vice President
Genia Weeks joined the senior living finance team at Ziegler in September 2019. Her principal focus is to serve the needs of senior living and healthcare clients in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. With over 13 years of industry experience, her primary responsibilities will include executing senior living bond transactions, performing credit and quantitative analysis, debt structure evaluation, legal document review and preparation of marketing materials for clients.
Prior to joining Ziegler, Genia was a senior vice president at BB&T Capital Markets having worked with both the M&A investment banking team and the healthcare finance team. She has extensive experience with a wide variety of financing structures having actively participated in nearly $4 billion of financings for senior living facilities and hospitals.
Genia is a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, where she studied economics and accounting.
