Hayden Girard joined Ziegler’s Senior Living Investment Banking team in 2023 and currently serves as an Associate. Since joining the firm, Hayden has been involved in the execution of more than $2.1 billion in senior living financings nationwide. His transaction experience spans a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financing structures, including fixed-rate bond offerings, direct bank placements, new development financings, expansion projects, and refinancings.

Hayden plays an integral role in the structuring and execution of financing transactions, with a focus on financial modeling, debt capacity analysis, credit evaluation, and the development of customized capital solutions. He works closely with senior bankers, clients, and financing partners to evaluate financing alternatives and develop capital structures tailored to the strategic and financial objectives of senior living organizations.

Prior to joining Ziegler, Hayden worked for a commercial real estate lending firm, where he focused on property underwriting, interest rate analysis, and debt structuring for commercial real estate investments.

Hayden graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He holds the FINRA Series 52 and Series 79 securities licenses and has passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination.
