Senior Associate
Jack McCall joined Ziegler in 2022. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital formation engagements for clients in the healthcare services and healthcare information technology sectors.
Prior to joining Ziegler, Jack worked in RSM’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on financial aspects of contemplated transactions within the healthcare, technology, and business services sectors. Jack began his career in RSM’s Risk Advisory Services practice, where he advised public and start-up companies on SOX 404 compliance and control process improvement initiatives across the life sciences and technology sectors.
Jack earned his B.S. in accounting and finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Jack is also a Certified Public Accountant.
