Senior Vice President
Jason Choi is a Senior Vice President in Ziegler’s senior living investment banking group, based out of Chicago, IL. Since joining Ziegler in 2012, Jason’s primary focus has been serving the needs of senior living and healthcare clients in the Midwest by providing banking support and financial analysis to successfully deliver new money financings and refinancings as well as evaluating and financing mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Jason has worked to bring over $3 billion of capital to not-for-profit senior living providers and healthcare organizations, with structures that have included taxable and tax-exempt debt, rated and nonrated bonds, bank and public fixed rate debt, variable interest rate bonds, and seed capital.
Jason earned his B.A. in economics from Yale University in New Haven, CT.
