Joelle Poe has over 18 years of experience in product and technology leadership at start-up and high growth organizations spanning across age-tech, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living. She is the founder of Centered Care, a technology-enabled care model specifically designed for senior living and was a partner at SLTC, a real estate investment platform for seniors housing.

Joelle served as the leader of product development at a large regional BlueCross/BlueShield health plan and at Alignment Healthcare where she led their digital transformation strategy and the development of their clinical insights platform, AVA. Prior to founding Centered Care, Joelle was the Chief Product Officer at SkyPoint Cloud, an AI platform company. Joelle is a member of the NIC Future Leaders Council (FLC) and the Chair of the NIC Partnering for Health Committee. She is a Board member at the Blosser Center and advisor to several health and age-tech start-ups. She holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and a degree in Economics from George Mason University.
