Justin Wagner joined Ziegler in 2022. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital formation engagements for clients in the healthcare services and healthcare information technology sectors.
Prior to joining Ziegler, Justin worked at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) in their Alternative Asset Advisory group, where he helped provide valuation services for a variety of asset classes, including private equity, private debt, commercial real estate, securitizations and various other esoteric structured products.
Justin holds a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
