Lindsey is a transformative leader whose strategic vision and passion for innovation have reshaped the caregiving and healthcare technology landscape. After graduating from Drake University with a degree in Finance, she spent 15 years managing workforce population health & welfare programs & leading strategic innovation groups. In 2022 Lindsey joined TCARE, a St. Louis-based health-tech startup focused on empowering caregivers & preventing their burnout. 

In her time at TCARE, Lindsey has held multiple executive roles, including Head of Strategic Growth and Chief Strategy Officer before being appointed President in 2024 and CEO in 2025. Throughout her time at TCARE she has consistently identified new challenges to be addressed and opportunities for operational efficiencies, all while maintaining a focus on collaborative leadership. In a recent update to shareholders, the prior CEO stated that "...Lindsey has the skills, knowledge, and mettle that have driven the company's success, which have earned her the respect of TCARE's team and customers. She thinks strategically, acts tactically, and maintains stellar relationships whit the full spectrum of external partners." 

Her leadership has been instrumental in scaling TCARE's evidence-based caregiver support platform, accelerating growth across the organization’s core customer segments including senior living communities and care providers, health plans and managed care organizations, and community-based organizations. As a proactive leader, she demonstrates a commitment to excellence and innovation, while fostering a culture of collaboration a growth.
