Nick Warfield joined the Healthcare Investment Banking team at Ziegler in 2015. He works with healthcare IT & tech-enabled services companies, advising on various strategic and financial alternatives.
Nick has nearly a decade of experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, corporate divestitures and strategic partnership development for middle-market healthcare clients across various subsectors including patient engagement solutions, revenue cycle management, decision support / data analytics, telehealth, provider outsourcing, post-acute technologies, federal health & consulting.
Prior to joining Ziegler, Nick worked at Allen & Company and CTS Capital Advisors where he focused on M&A and valuation advisory services for companies in the healthcare and technology sectors.
Nick earned a B.S. in finance and international business from the University of Maryland. He holds Series 7 and 79 securities licenses.
