Cameron Wilson joined Ziegler in 2022. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital formation engagements for clients in the healthcare services and healthcare information technology sectors.
Prior to joining Ziegler in 2022, Cameron was an Associate on the Transaction Advisory team at Houlihan Lokey, focusing on advising both private equity and strategic buyers on transaction structuring and diligence for M&A in the healthcare space.
Cameron holds a B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Taxation from Bentley University.
