CHRISTIE RAPPL

Christie Rappl joined Ziegler in 2019. Her primary responsibilities include providing technical support, performing and overseeing the financial analysis of actual and prospective transactions, researching and analyzing the needs of current and potential clients, performing detailed credit analysis, and assisting in industry research for senior living providers.

Christie has worked to bring over $1 billion of capital to not-for-profit senior living providers and education organizations, with structures that have included taxable and tax-exempt debt, rated and nonrated bonds, bank and public fixed rate debt, temporary and permanent debt, fixed and seed capital. 

Prior to joining Ziegler, Christie worked at Herbert J. Sims and Company working with senior living and healthcare and education organizations. There she focused on helping clients achieve their capital needs, with structures that have included taxable and tax-exempt debt, rated and nonrated bonds, bank and public fixed rate debt, temporary and permanent debt, fixed and variable interest rate bonds, and lines of credit. 

Christie earned a B.A. from the University of Minnesota with a degree in accounting and marketing.
