Patrick Chen joined Ziegler’s healthcare investment banking team in 2014. He works with healthcare services and healthcare information technology companies, advising on various strategic and financial alternatives.
Patrick has five years of experience in transaction execution and advising sell-side growth clients in the healthcare services and consumer sectors, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
Prior to joining Ziegler, Patrick was a senior associate at Midtown Partners, a lower middle market focused, boutique investment bank, where he participated in the execution of 10 financing and advisory transactions.
Patrick graduated from Babson College where he received his Bachelor of Science in finance.
