Assistant Vice President
Patrick Moran joined Ziegler in June 2019. His primary responsibilities include providing technical support to the investment banking team, performing high-level financial analysis of current and prospective clientele. Additionally, he is responsible for performing detailed credit analysis, and providing industry research and analysis to address clientele needs.
Since 2019, Patrick has provided analytical support to over 25 transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion in par value across a variety of debt structures including public fixed interest rate bonds, floating rate notes, entrance fee redemption bonds (TEMPSSM), “Cinderella” bonds, drawdown bonds, and bank direct placement bonds.
Prior to Ziegler, Patrick worked as an accounting, economics and information systems tutor at the University of Arizona. He also interned at a small tax accounting firm located in Tucson, Arizona. Additionally, Patrick previously held a position as a summer intern in the Senior Living Finance Practice at Ziegler. Patrick is a registered representative and holds both a Series 79 (Investment Banking) securities license and a Series 52 (Municipal) securities license.
Patrick graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona in 2019.
