Single-site nursing homes, assisted living or CCRC providers generally provide care to their residents and the aging services needs of their broader community from one central campus location.

 

The number of residents served by a single-site provider may be very small, say, less than 50, or resident populations on a single campus can exceed 2000. The single-site provider may have only market-rate senior living, only government-subsidized senior living, or a combination of both.
