In March 2024, a Ziegler CFO Hotline^SM survey gathered feedback related to Executive Incentive Compensation. Over 240 organizations participated in the survey. Approximately 58% were single-site senior living providers, while the remaining 42% represented multi-site organizations. The respondent pool is heavily weighted towards Not-for-Profit Life Plan Community organizations.

In February 2024, a Ziegler CFO Hotline^SM survey gathered feedback related to Employee Compensation. Nearly 250 organizations participated in the survey. Approximately 61% were single-site senior living providers, while the remaining 39% represented multi-site providers. The respondent pool is heavily weighted towards Not-for-Profit Life Plan Community organizations.

In mid-November 2023, a Ziegler CFO Hotline survey gathered feedback related to the future of Skilled Nursing (SN). Over 240 organizations participated in the survey. Approximately 60% were single-site senior living providers, while the remaining 40% represented multi-site providers. The respondent pool is heavily weighted towards Not-for-Profit Life Plan Community organizations. Please note this survey only collected responses from organizations that offer Skilled Nursing units.

The September 2023 Ziegler CFO Hotline poll was devoted to the topic of Resident Monthly Fee Increases.  This has been an annual poll conducted by Ziegler for several years and is valuable to senior living organizations for budget planning.

The August 2023 Ziegler CFO Hotline poll was devoted to the topic of Growth Projections. This hotline survey related to growth has been conducted across several time frames between March 2020 and the most recent data collection period.

The June 2023 Ziegler CFO Hotline poll was devoted to the topic of Succession Planning. This topic was previously covered in 2013, 2015 and 2018, and allows for historical comparisons. Over 230 not-for-profit senior living CFOs and financial professionals from around the country responded to the survey, with 61% representing single-site organizations and 39% with multi-site organizations.

The April 2023 Ziegler CFO Hotline poll was devoted to the topic of Resident Monthly Fee increases. This has been an annual poll conducted by Ziegler for a number of years, generally conducted in the early fall of each year. This is the second consecutive year that Ziegler has gathered feedback an additional time in the spring to complement the usual Monthly Fee Increase report released in the fall.

In February 2023, a Ziegler CFO Hotline survey gathered feedback on green initiatives among senior living organizations. Nearly 180 organizations participated in this survey. About 67% of respondents represented single-site organizations and the remaining 33% represented multi-site organizations.

In December 2022, a Ziegler CFO Hotline survey gathered feedback on technology spending among senior living organizations. This particular study, conducted with input from LeadingAge CAST, revisits polls from 2020, 2018, 2016, 2014, and 2012 devoted to the same topic.
